Will Russia let westerners work in defence?
I'm intereste if it would be possible to get a job in defence in Russia as a Westerner.

That depends on what country in the West you are from. The answer is yes but its very limited and mostly related to the field of disabling nukes. Edit* you might think i'm correct but my American friend did work in the military helping them with nuke disposal in Russia for 2 years. He had to live in a village outside Chelyabinsk.

Russia has to defence itself, hasn't it? Or Who will defence Russia after all?

I believe that the first poster above is completely incorrect. In order to work in defence you would have to obtain a security clearance and in order to receive a security clearance you would have to be a citizen. If you are a researcher then you can work in a university and theoretically you can participate in research that has military applications, but you cannot work in an actual defence research laboratory.

America states you need to be a citizen, live in a certain place for a certain amount of time, be a certain age. What does it take to enter a Russian political office?

How much would someone doing secretarial work make in Russia on average
How much would someone doing secretarial work make in Russia on average?
Assuming they were pretty competent at their job, also they were fluent in a handful of different languages (English, German and Arabic as well as Russian.)
