I have no idea who is the icon but here is one: Mikhail Lomonosov Russia's first world-famed specialist in natural science, a poet who laid down the foundations of Russian literary language and an advocate of education, http://www.tristarmedia.com/bestofrussia/scientists.html

My uncles work overseas and they claim that they do not pay any taxes on earned income, as long as they stay out of the countrey 330 consecutive days. Is this true? They have worked in South America, Russia, Haiti,Marshall Islands etc..

You can read up on what they are talking about by looking at IRS publication 54. It's not 330 consecutive days, but 330 days out one year living in a foreign country. (The year doesn't have to be 1/1 to 12/31.) Not only must they be outside of the US, but they must actually be somewhere else. Not Antartica, not the ocean, not an oil rig, etc. Keep in mind, they still file taxes and if their income is more than the exclusion, any additional income is taxed starting at 25%. Plus these other countries are charging them income tax.

Yes it is true i'm working overseas since 13 years and have never paid taxes during this time, but it only works on a expatriate contract if i would work on a local contract i had to pay taxes.

It could very well be true if they are referring to US income tax. They still have to pay taxes to whatever country they worked in, though, so as to not paying any taxes whatsoever- that wouldn't be correct.

I bought a ps3 in Russia. Will games bought in Canada work on it? Will the online games work? (ex. killzone?
I am thinking of buying Killzone 2 and Assassin's Creed in Canada for a Russian-bought system. It's important to me to be able to play killzone 2 online with the rest of the world.

If the company which hired her does not pay for her transportation from her country to the city of her new job, she might not have a legitimate job here. There are "body shops" which get H1-b visas (illegally and/or fraudulently, it should be noted), make the people pay their way here, and then they are "benched" and unpaid until the body shop finds a company to contract that worker. There is no way anyone other than the employer or employee can or will pay for the transportation -- laws against "trafficking," "transporting," etc. If she thinks it is a legitimate job, she has to get her own ticket. But she should seriously reconsider this "job offer" and "visa." These are questionable circumstances.
