why should the skin-heads in Russia hate the blacks in Moscow?
I think is it high time that the world should call the so called skin-heads in Moscow to order!Innocent blacks have iether been beaten or even killed!!If they dont want to see any blacks on their streets it is better to say it than beating people on the streets corners.But they too should know that the blacks can equally revenge on their fellow brothers working outside Russia;it is time the leaders in Africa should take a bold step to tackle this ugly menace before it is too late.

The blacks in Africa are too busy killing each other defend anyone. They don't even stop slavery by the Arabs. Maybe they don't want their Russian culture polluted with loud hiphop music, baggy, ridiculous looking clothes and cheap gaudy jewelry.

Prejudice is ignorance. Teach rationality to the youth and to the public. This can change the world.

Even in Germany, (most of, at least) the skin-heads hate or treat foreigners not in a pleasant way. Asian, black, Arabs, etc. It starts to be a global problem, IMHO.

People hate other people. It's almost an inherent aspect of the species. Hatred is rampant in Europe, Russia, the US, the Middle East. Why? Because people are intolerant of those who are different. And that intolerance makes them want to eliminate those who are different. It's the whole basis for attempted genocide in Africa, the Palestinian conflict, racism everywhere, and the same for the war on terror (both the US and foreign sides of the conflict). Should we step in and stop the hatred? Absolutely. But where do we start? I think we need to start wherever home is, and clean our own mess and stop prejudice-inspired violence here. I don't care what people think about other people. If you want to hate someone, or fear them, that's your choice. But that doesn't give anyone the right to attack someone else just for being different. Not the Skin-Heads, not the Genocidal generals, not the Terrorists, and not the US neocons. Sadly, the way the world is going, people are polarizing and even political parties are starting to hate and attack each other just for having different beliefs. The world has gone to hell in a hand-basket, and there's serious question on whether people are going to wise up and learn to get along before the process becomes terminal.

You need to understand that sometime, some people need some reasons to acknowledge their existence. What would happen if everyone on planet earth was skin-heads ? That will not stop them differentiate themselves from small, empty, crushed, and refurbished skin-head. To paraphrase the 20th french writer I do not remember his name : " HELL IS OTHERS ! " ( Rich, poor, strong, weak, white, blonde,black, tall, short, handicapped or not ) and whatever adjectives that best describe your personality : there is only a single common ground : to be born to die. In between them, we it is life.

am i required to study in russia in order to work there
am i required to study in russia in order to work there
i want to work there but i dont know if i have to study there for college im from california and i plan to go to a university here but i dont know if im required to study in russia order to work there. I want to work in St.petersburg...i want to work there because i would live in any country where life is better than my country of philippines...im from US not philippines and im not trying to show off

As far as I know, Russian employers like people with US education. However, you probably don't speak Russian, so that would be a major challenge.

What would it take for a woman from Russia to be able to work in the United States?
I am aware of "Visa" however the Visa available to her is for 3 months. She needs a Visa for 2/3 years for work/school purposes. Is this possible? Also, will marriage help any? I AM NOT INTERESTED IN MARRYING THE GIRL. This is a question I am asking for my sister. Her friend is from Russia and wants to live here and work, so please stop assuming that this question is related to me. And thank you Yak Rider for all the information, it is appreciate.

There's no such visa. There's a work visa for college educated professionals with 2 years experience. This visa is booked full through 2009. There's a student visa that offers very, very limited ability to earn a few dollars spending money. To get this visa she must prove she has the ability to support herself and pay for her education in the United States without needing to work. A 3 month tourist visa will not allow her to work and it will not allow her to attend school. A REAL marriage would allow her the opportunity to immigrate to the United States if found eligible by the US Consulate in Russia. A fake marriage would get her deported and the guy convicted of visa fraud.
