obama says they pose no threat to the U S so sleep well.

The truth is Russia is going to try to put nuclear missiles in Venezuela to counter the missile shield that Poland wants us to install there to protect them. Russia is going back to its old bully tactics and is trying to reignite cold war.
3 :
Yeah, prolly won't be cool. Either way, I gotta go to work monday...so eff it!
4 :
good for them, why is it that people think that we should be the only country that should have nuclear power plants. we sure have not shown any responsibility with our power.
5 :
We should work with Venezuela and good ol' Hugo on nuclear energy. Just like we worked with Japan in 1945.

Does the situation ring any bells? 1959 & Castro takes over Cuba, flies in to the USA to meet Eisenhower and is refused an audience. Fast forward 3 years to 1962 and Castro is dealing with the Russians because the USA is stamping its feet like a sulky child that can't get its own way. Now Chavez is doing the same. He refused to sell oil to the USA at preferential rates, unlike his predecessors, and was immediately labelled a dictator and a commie. Now he is dealing with the Russians (and the Chinese don't forget) because he knows the idiot in charge in the White House won't do business. It's high time the US government learned that it cannot dictate to other nations who they trade with.

They're probably just hackers there pinging your ip address. Get rid of Norton and get a decent av.

Hope this may answer your question or, shed light on the issue you just raised: First, the current anti-China and anti-Chinese campaign runs parallel with US and UK’s world I, II and Cold War propaganda. That propaganda for involving America in the bloodshed and hatreds of Europe–in World War I, World War II and the Cold War, was the same as that now being used to push and prepare the US public into a not distant war with China. To do that US has to rouse the public’s hatred and racial contempt for anything of China and of the Chinese. Second, the US and the UK have been suffering a bad image since the start of Iraq War. Their image is in a fast decline, especially in Europe. For Bush, landing on any of the Western European lands would trigger off a protest storm. Furthermore, this year is 5th anniversary of Iraqi Invasion. Therefore, to keep Bush from visiting West Europe is a top priority in order to keep the world away from Iraq. This explains as to why McCain traveled to Western Europe on Bush behalf----a precedent for a US president-nominee-to-be to campaign abroad. It also explains well as to why that Gordon Brown has visited US twice within a very short time.

That depends on what country in the West you are from. The answer is yes but its very limited and mostly related to the field of disabling nukes. Edit* you might think i'm correct but my American friend did work in the military helping them with nuke disposal in Russia for 2 years. He had to live in a village outside Chelyabinsk.
2 :
Russia has to defence itself, hasn't it? Or Who will defence Russia after all?
3 :
I believe that the first poster above is completely incorrect. In order to work in defence you would have to obtain a security clearance and in order to receive a security clearance you would have to be a citizen. If you are a researcher then you can work in a university and theoretically you can participate in research that has military applications, but you cannot work in an actual defence research laboratory.

"Are you a U.K. spy?" "Yes... I mean.. no.. I mean... no?" In the U.S. you don't have to be a legal citizen to work for the government. That was one of the controversies, that illegal immigrants were WORKING for the government. It was in the thousands.
