Guam is a US Commonwealth, I think even US citizens need a passport to go their, check with a travel agent in your local area.

Guam is a US territory. Every man, woman and child born on Guam is a US citizen. When I lived there I was told, that due to the distance flown in international air space, each time you return to Hawaii or the mainland from Guam you'll be prescreened by a CBP officer before boarding on Guam and you'll have to clear customs and immigration upon reaching Hawaii or the Mainland. You can come and go as you please as long as your L1 is still valid.

Going to Guam is no different (except for the distant) than going to New York City or Los Angeles. Guam is included in the legal definition of the United States. You would not receive a new I-94 if you went to Guam and then returned to some other part of the U.S. "The term "United States", except as otherwise specifically herein provided, when used in a geographical sense, means the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands of the United States."

Not at the moment. There is no Russian carrier that can activate the service at this time. Only the phone features will work (no voicemail, the video/music downloads from the store, etc will not work). You will also have to get the phone unlocked, to insert a foreign sim card in it and have it work. AT&T will not unlock it until you have service for 90 days minimum, and if you use a service to unlock it, it will void your warranty.

Yes, it will! You must unlock your phone first (I used SimFree). I use MegaFon in Russia and all features (except for visual voicemail) worked like a charm in both Moscow and in the NW region. The biggest pain is remembering to bring a paperclip to swap out the SIM.

If you can speak Russian then you can try sites www.rdw.ru www.hh.ru www.job.ru www.rabota.ru PS Why in the American company?

Sweety that depends of your job experience. And how good you can speak russian. You can try web sites such as http://hh.ru http://joblist.ru You can also send your CV to sergey@toplivu.net But before you do it check http://toplivu.net If you interested in my company maybe we can sort out your problem with job.

You and plenty other people. Someday soon the real world will introduce itself and it will not be a pleasant experience. Having a degree in business and being able to speak both languages is a good start but you still need many other things to happen before you land a coveted position. For instance, your English is not up to a business standard. If you have experience in M&A and perhaps a masters in accounting you might land a job at a Big Four shop in Piter. Its just this way because there is no demand for your skills these days, sorry. :(

You didn't say what model phone. You need to be sure the phone is GSM-capable for it to work in Europe. TDMA is used only in North America. A dual-mode phone will work fine if you set it for GSM only. My Motorola MOTO Z6c World Edition from Verizon works fine there. Let her buy the SIM card there; they are cheap and easy to find, and they will link her to a Russian cell network as a local customer. You can get a voltage adapter from Radio Shack for $9.99 - and that will look more 'cool' than a local charger.
