can anyone tell me some universities in California that offer an international program to Russia

can anyone tell me some universities in California that offer an international program to Russia?
So far the only ones that I've seen are in UC Berkeley, UC Davis and Stanford. The problem is I don't think I can go to those universities because my gpa right now as a 2nd year high school student is 3.1 because i have 4 A's, 1B, and 1 F...Also I want to work in Russia when I grow, so is there any universities here in California I live in San Jose and SJSU doesn't offer any

ask someone..

if it is prepaid then deactivate it in usa and then activate in russia ps good luck in russia
3 :
you need to make sure your phone is enabled to do roaming whilst in Russia good luck mega expensive
4 :
Go to the cell phone stores and talk to the service people. Stick w/ very well known Global comapanies (Sprint, At&t and maybe Verizon?) Get it in writing that your cell phone will work in Russia You may be better off just getting a phone while in Russia.

Your mobile phone must support GSM900/1800 format or CDMA (only in big cities). You can buy new SIM-card everywhere in Russia and make redirection from/to your number. Or (if you don't want to change your number) ask your operator about roaming in Russia.

Will iPhone work in Russia

Will iPhone work in Russia?
Hi, if I buy a an iPhone here in the states from AT&T and have it unlocked, will it guarantee to work in Russia, like just buy a Russian sim card? Has anyone done that before? I just don't want to spend the money and time and then not have it work. Thanks a lot.
