Hi! i recently sold a blackberry 8220 for t-mobile to a guy in russia, the phone was brand new so it was unlocked to work with t-mobile, but this guy in russia wants it to work with his gsm carrier in russia, any ideas of how he can unlock it?

well he will have to find out the name of the carrier he wants to use and then find a place that will unlock it. Check this site out they can help.
